At 1:00 PM on July 3, 2025, I visited Chopt Creative Salad Co. in Midtown Manhattan — and found it to be a reliable, refreshingly modern lunch stop, even in the middle of NYC’s bustling day.

The shop had a medium crowd, but ordering was a breeze. The line moved quickly thanks to a smart layout and organized ordering system. There's a fair amount of seating available, so whether you’re grabbing a bite solo or dining with a friend, it’s easy to settle in. 

🥗 What We Ordered 

Between the two of us, we tried: 

• The Southwestern Steak Salad 

• The Norwegian Salmon Miso Ginger Bowl 

• A side of fresh breads 

• Olipop soda 

• Chips 

• And two ridiculously delicious sea salt caramels 

The surprise MVP? Those sea salt caramels. Light, sweet, and rich — the kind of thing you savor longer than you expect to.
